MSVS is committed to maintaining the integrity and credibility of its certification programs. This section provides public notification of organizations or products that are not in compliance with certification requirements or are making unauthorized or misleading claims related to certification.

Situations that may result in publication within this section include, but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized use or reproduction of MSVS certification marks, trademarks, or logos

• Misleading or false statements regarding certification status, scope, or applicability

• Reference to certification that has been suspended, withdrawn, expired, or otherwise deemed invalid

• Use of certification in a manner that could bring MSVS or the certification program into disrepute
